Operating from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania since 1981, as a professionally licensed, bonded, insured, limited liability company, Private Investigator and Security Consultant, I offer  investigative service, security consulting,  security training and court-qualified expert witness testimony on security matters and Armed protective service.  

I served ten years as United States Navy Intelligence Officer. Duty included  Office of Naval Intelligence,  Naval Criminal Investigative Service,  Fleet Intelligence Rapid Support Team and  Central Intelligence Agency.  I also served as a United States  Navy Federal Police Chief.

I am the author of the book General Aviation Security: Aircraft,  Hangars, Fixed Base Operators, Flight Schools and Airports. I am co-author of the book The Complete Guide to Physical Security. I have written over 300 professional articles on security, intelligence and aviation security,  and contributing author to the ASIS International Guidelines. I am  founder and President of the Pennsylvania Association of Private Investigators. I take pride in offering personalized, confidential and professional service.
